Major updates of this version include:
extended “Correspondence address” option to corporate members of Hong Kong companies.
e-Forms can be generated through the Mass Production function of “Change of Entity’s Particulars” and “Change of Company / Business Address”.
removed the “note numbering symbol” that previously appeared beside the “Presentor’s Reference” section on all specified forms.
re-organized the standard format file folder structure for local statutory forms in the system.

As for copyright, the original writer of our Compliance Manual would like to discuss about the further distribution of the said manual to our users. Therefore, we are holding off the recently revised edition of the compliance manual until further notice.

Dear CSA users,
We are pleased to announce version 6.5.1.
Major updates of this version include:
revised form NSC2 and added new forms NSC22 and NSC23 for the new regime to be effective on 17 April 2025, which permits listed companies to keep the shares bought back to be held as “treasury shares”
added four more e-forms: NNC1, NNC2, NR1, NSC1, and ND2A updated the activation documents of Samoa companies updated the notes on relevant Registers and the first board minutes for BVI companies
de-select the ceased significant controller in SCR after the end of a period of 6 years from the cessation date leaves business nature blank in forms if not applicable.

CSA 6.3 Update Release
We are pleased to announce version 6.3.
This update delivers: revised specified form NR2 modified all standard formats files of statutory registers as well as client reports with new design. replaced Client’s “Company Number” in meeting minutes and written resolutions with “Business Registration Number”.
CSA Expert 6.2 Release
We will be releasing the CSA Expert 6.2 soon.
We will send you the Program Update Notice in the email.
Please follow the instruction to upgrade your system.
If you haven’t receive the email for upgrade after May 15, please let us know.
Data Conversion
Since the beginning of this year, we had received many requests for data conversion from their previous systems to CSA.This sudden increase has created a back-log.
As of now, the earliest time to process any data conversion request is in June 2024. We prioritize based on the date of the order form.
For those who plan to put forth the request, please do so at your earliest convenience.
