Today, we are working on Trust Monies.
A French law firm located in Paris has just notified us that the Dossier Control Sheet (or Job Control Sheet in English) reports only on the Trust Deposit amount, not the Trust Payment.
Sorry, we goofed! To correct it, we are going to add the Trust Payment amount on Dossier Control Sheet as well as the Dossier Control number on journal entry details for better tracing.
We have the early adopters worrying about the use of mobile access for employees.
In order to alleviate the doubt, we are going to insert the Mobile Access under the Access Right maintenance.
User will need to positively get that permission from the company before being able to use the mobile access option.
The Newsletter function is now up and running.
You can select the mailing list by many kind of options.
The system works at the background. It keeps a detail log for making sure that the mails are being sent out as intended.
Recently, we have a new CPAnywhere user, a law firm, which has several hundreds of documents stored for just one client.
It will take a long time to do the search.
In order to speed up the process, we have segregated the file types so that user can identify the Word, PDF, Excel, Image, Sound and movie files.
We are trying to modify the pro-forma invoicing function that involves customer advances.
In order to facilitates the invoicing operation to be completely automatic, we will include the three options when generating proforma invoices:
Invoices can then be separated or consolidated, based on the options and credited with any customer advances.
This option will replace the Grouping option in Proforma Invoicing.
1. We have added the DEL function to My Event on mobile phone.
2. In Invoicing function,
we have consolidated all the individual debit and credit line items from Journal Entry Template into one consolidated entry for easy identification purpose.
We have added the Mobile File Cabinet option.
User can take pictures, record sounds, or transfer documents to his or her own personal file cabinet for storage.
The whole thing is very easy to do with just a click of a button.
If you are using your mobile phone, you should know that you can access the latest information about CPAnywhere.
The latest one of course is this What’s New icon on your mobile device.
